WHY I STARTED MAX YOUR MIND
Max Your Mind was born from my own experience as a young athlete chasing elite cricket dreams and facing the emotional toll of near-misses, setbacks, and uncertainty. I created this service to give young people the support I wish I had to help them feel heard, equipped, and mentally stronger in and beyond their sport.
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a proven method that helps athletes handle difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them hold you back. It’s about building the skills to focus on what matters most to you, both in sport and in life.
